A truly beautiful course of outstanding natural beauty, widely regarded as one of the finest of its kind. Set in the middle of a woodland glade, in a tranquil spot, over undulating countryside, with an abundance of water & sand features, this is a fine & very challenging course. A test for even the most experienced player, but also great for more modest standard to enjoy the thrill of short game accuracy. Each hole is a joy, both visually & to play. It takes its name from the resident families of wild badgers who live there in a special conservation area. This course has become a great favourite of everyone who has had the privilege of playing it over the years.
Bunsay Downs – The First Nine A mature & very attractive course with sweeping views over gentle gradients, it is suitable for all ages, abilities and standards of golfer, from the novice to the experienced player. The mixture of varying distance & par golf holes are both challenging but also quite forgiving, making it a course always guaranteed to be interesting & enjoyable for everyone. Long, carefully maintained fairways coupled with smooth, hardy, well drained greens have proved to stand up to all weather conditions put us in the enviable position of enjoying all year round play.
